Brisanje računa

U aplikaciji (odmah)

Otvori aplikaciju Clean Croatia → kartica Račun → ikona zupčanika (Postavke) → Izbriši račun → potvrdi.

Bez aplikacije

Pošalji e-mail na lukaerceg21@gmail.com s adrese kojom si registriran/a i predmetom „Brisanje računa”. Račun brišemo u roku od 30 dana i potvrđujemo e-mailom.

Što se briše

• račun (e-mail, korisničko ime, lozinka)
• sve tvoje prijave s fotografijama, lokacijama i komentarima

Ne čuvamo nikakve podatke nakon brisanja, osim ako to zahtijeva zakon (npr. dokumentacija o prijavama nezakonitog sadržaja).

Delete your account

In the app (immediately)

Open the Clean Croatia app → Account tab → gear icon (Settings) → Delete account → confirm.

Without the app

Email lukaerceg21@gmail.com from the address you registered with, subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• your account (email, username, password)
• all your reports including photos, locations and comments

We keep no data after deletion unless required by law (e.g. records of notices about illegal content).

Konto löschen

In der App (sofort)

App Clean Croatia öffnen → Tab Konto → Zahnrad (Einstellungen) → Konto löschen → bestätigen.

Ohne App

E-Mail an lukaerceg21@gmail.com von der registrierten Adresse mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen per E-Mail.

Was gelöscht wird

• dein Konto (E-Mail, Benutzername, Passwort)
• alle deine Meldungen samt Fotos, Standorten und Kommentaren

Nach der Löschung bewahren wir keine Daten auf, außer wenn das Gesetz es verlangt (z. B. Dokumentation zu Hinweisen auf rechtswidrige Inhalte).
